In April, Changsha has a strong spring atmosphere. In order to enhance team professionalism and improve cooperation, the company launched a three-day and two night Changsha team building on April 7th. Activities balance learning and experience, allowing everyone to relax and reap rewards in their growth.
Day 1: Deeply cultivate expertise, accumulate strength and move forward
On the first day, focus on product knowledge training. In the quiet conference room, everyone takes a break from work and focuses on their work. The lecturer will provide a detailed explanation of the core product features, advantages, and application scenarios through case studies, and answer questions on-site. Members actively interact, share experiences, discuss product optimization and customer needs, which not only deepens product awareness but also lays a solid foundation for efficient collaboration.
Day 2: Strolling through the mountains and waters, experiencing the charm of Hunan
The next day's itinerary was relaxed and pleasant. In the morning, climb the mountain and walk along the trail, with fresh greenery dispelling fatigue; Entering Yuelu Academy, one can appreciate the thousand year old academic heritage amidst the white walls and black tiles; Stop at the Love Evening Pavilion and enjoy the tranquility against the backdrop of red maple trees. In the afternoon, visit Orange Island, take a small train to enjoy the spring scenery, and pay tribute to the statue of young Mao Zedong; Strolling through May Day Square in the evening, getting closer to each other amidst the hustle and bustle of the streets and laughter.

Day 3: Exploring History and Appreciating Civilization
On the last day, I walked into the Hunan Museum. As the tour guide visited the exhibition hall, the silk fabrics, lacquerware, and other cultural relics of the Mawangdui Han Tomb were stunning. Everyone listened carefully to the historical stories, recorded moments from time to time, and deepened their understanding of Changsha culture through dialogue with the millennium civilization.

The three-day team building was fulfilling and meaningful, with members growing and consolidating through learning and companionship. In the future, everyone will carry this harvest and assist the company's development with a more professional attitude and more tacit cooperation.
